Additional Experiential Costs (Quoted Separately)

Some campaign costs vary depending on project scope and are billed directly. These may include equipment hire (tents, signage, tables, POS), council permits and approvals, venue hire fees, sampling stock and product supply, branded uniforms, transport and logistics, and event insurance where required.

Large Format Event Poster Design
Event poster design is priced between $280 and $400, with estimated print costs starting from approximately $25 per poster, depending on size and finish.

Custom Branded Merchandise Design
Design for branded merchandise such as aprons, flags, uniforms and promotional items is priced between $200 and $400, with production and printing costs quoted separately based on supplier pricing and order quantities.

Important Note: Studio hire, models, talent, makeup, styling and location permits are not included in base production fees and are quoted separately based on project requirements.

Includes creative direction, professional camera equipment, lighting setup and operation, on-site filming or photography, basic post-production editing, and delivery of files optimised for web and social media.

Includes full production setup and breakdown, multiple product, lifestyle or talent setups, professional filming and photography, advanced lighting setups, post-production editing and colour correction.

For larger or long-term engagements, customised solutions may be available.

Do you offer payment plans?

In some cases, payment plans may be available for larger projects or longer-term engagements. Payment flexibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and discussed prior to project commencement.

Due to the nature of marketing, strategy and production work, refunds are not typically offered once work has commenced. However, we’re committed to transparency and communication, and all scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed before starting.

Can I upgrgade my services latter?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single service and expand as their business grows. You can upgrade, add services or move into a package as your needs evolve.
